brand partnerships
I enjoy collaborating with carefully chosen brands and charities as a trusted ambassador and partner. Supporting organisations that genuinely care about health, wellbeing and performance and building a narrative that brings more awareness and conversation on key messaging.
My story starts on the track. But it doesn’t end there.
In all the work I do, I help create a focus for people and organisations to navigate pressure, change and challenge with clarity, confidence and practical tools that they can use at all times and in all areas of their life.
I’ve spent much of my life performing in high-pressure environments; first as an athlete, and now as a speaker, business owner and mum.
Elite sport taught me discipline, resilience and focus.
Life taught me how important wellbeing, balance and mindset really are.
Today, I bring those lessons together to help people perform well - and stay well - whether they’re leading teams, running businesses or navigating their own personal challenges.
Winning Olympic gold in the 400m hurdles taught me what it means to perform under pressure. It took years of training, setbacks and belief to reach that moment.
Since then, life has taught me even more; about change, balance, wellbeing and what it really takes to sustain confidence and performance over time.
Today, as a speaker and founder, I share those lessons to help others feel stronger, more capable and more in control of their lives and work.
I live in West Sussex with my husband Jon, our three boys and our dogs, which keeps me grounded, busy and very real.
