WHAT DOES A PROGRAMME LOOK LIKE?

Three programme types are available:

  • Core Programme
  • Core Plus Programme and
  • Core Flex Programme

However each programme is unique in that it will be tailored to fit the organisation’s needs. The beauty of Sally’s programmes are, that there are many elements that can be combined to create the perfect fit for a company.

The Core Programme and Core Plus Programme are underpinned by Sally’s approach of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the interventions that are provided for the organisation and their employees. Both programmes are based on the approach of establishing a baseline, delivering specific activities and then monitoring and measuring key people metrics to establish how the interventions have helped.

 

Core Programme The Core Programme is the “12 month off the shelf” programme that can be configured according to the needs of the company and includes some organisational measurement and metrics.
Core Plus Programme The Core Plus Programme is a more tailored programme for companies that includes a further measurement tool (Wellbeing Snapshot) and a customised set of interventions based on the results of the Wellbeing Snapshot.
Core Flex Programme The Core Flex Programme follows a “pick and mix” approach using elements from the first two programmes and does not include the monitoring and measurement of people metrics.

 

At SGCW we also recognise that the investment that is available to companies to spend on health and wellbeing activities can vary greatly too, so we are happy to discuss how different elements of our programmes can be mixed and matched to meet a company’s objectives.
