I am a fit & healthy mum of three with a passion for getting families active. Over the years I have teamed up with a number of brands to help deliver their health, fitness and family messages to the wider public.

McCains Track and Field 2008
Food manufacturer McCains are supporting UK Athletics with a programme which will touch all levels of the sport in the UK. I am championing the Track and Field element of the programme, which is aimed at families. A series of fun days will be held across the UK in 2008, each one designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to come together and have a go at some exciting activities. The aim is to help people see athletics in a new light and to have some fun together at the same time.

Ventura Corporation
Ventura's sleep products are among the most impressive on the market. Their range of memory foam mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows promote healthy, relaxed sleep. I have fronted a number of campaigns and promotions for Ventura, in the media and at exhibitions. These have helped establish the brand in a highly competitive market.

I have a long standing ambassadorial role with Tumble Tots, the UK's leading physical play programme specialists. I travel the length and breadth of the country, championing the organisation and promoting the value of an active, healthy start in life. I generate local and regional media coverage for new openings and special regional events.

Flora 2007
In 2007 I joined forces with Flora to support their marathon activity. I took on the massive challenge of running the London Marathon, heading up their team of First Timers and inspiring thousands of others to sign up. I also helped develop and launch their Families Get Active website. It highlights the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle. Its inspirational approach encourages parents of all ages and fitness levels to get out there and have some fun with their kids.
I was centrally involved in the PR, generating a massive amount of coverage in the national press, on local and national radio and on TV.

Hallmark Cards Mothers Day Campaign 2007
Hallmark Cards launched their first UK Cards for a Cure campaign in 2007. I was the face of the promotion. I worked with them to encourage people to go the extra mile on Mother's Day. I was involved in PR activity and also the wider marketing campaign.
